YIC COURSE conducted by Sri vivekananda yoga kendra Navi Mumbai in association with SVYASYA, Bangalore is very well organised and executed well.
The centre lead by Dr.Jagdish naik sir is an excellent yoga master and Guru. My heartful wishes to him and all other faculties Suma madam and Bharati madam who have inspired us to join yoga regular session evening class.we do practice since Feb 21 till day regular attendence became part of daily rotine.
YIC course taught us much more priceless nor can fill with words..
