I am blessed to be part of this course. I enjoyed learning Yoga with my lovely participants and respected Teachers, Jagdish sir, Umesh sir, Manoj sir , Vijaya mam, krutika mam and all guest lecturers. This course will give you theory knowledge, yogaasana practicals and assignments.
I enjoyed my wonderful journey in this 4 months. It has made positive impact on my life . Thank you YIC for my new, changed n beautiful life.
