I was travelling the past 2 days and so could not attend the class on Friday.
Today I did anulom vilom followed by Om Gam Ganapataye namah chanting.
It took some time, but I could feel the energy going from mooladhara to sahasrara.
The transformational journal also is helping me to introspect a lot.

When the conversation start after some time my eyes automatically close,but I listen full conversation with awareness,inside silence even I didn’t realize that I didn’t remove the chasma. I have been attending meditation class for the past few months. I have realized that I have to make a lot of changes in me to better myself and the quality of life.
But writing them down today, after the class made me realize just how many things I need to work on.
I have listed various things I need to work on …professionally, personally, emotionally.
The first step was made today. And hopefully I stay on the path for self realization and harmony.

One thing I have observed after doing the waterfall meditation last week and last 2 days is that it has been easier to wash off some memories and fears. But some are taking slightly longer to wash off.
But overall the agitation and anxiety have decreased upon remembering the issues. I no longer have tears and my breath remains almost normal.

Hari Om Sir. Going under the sea surface has become very smooth for me. I don’t carry past of my baggage. I am trying to let go of the negatives in me. Realization, acceptance, intent and action…. the 4 important things that can help one to not be affected in chaos and be in harmony.
We all have this harmony in us. We tend to loose it or bury it as we are influenced by external factors and internal ego.
It’s is upto us to throw away useless things and stick to what is necessary.
This is the gist of the talk and the lesson you emphasize in every class.
Thanks to the meditation classes, realization and acceptance of what is wrong in me has come. Started taking steps to regain the harmony…as you said it’s a life long process. But thanks to your guidance, have started on the path.

To be able to experience the practice of guided meditation was a very valuable experience for me.
And being able to learn the yoga philosophy in a very focused digest version was a wonderful learning experience.
I was particularly impressed with the explanation that balancing Triguna with the practice of Tratak. That was very new and experientially satisfying to me. Please let me know if you have any source scriptures or other sources for that explanation.
I feel it was a great flow to be able to attend this course in September, as I had the opportunity to learn meditation preparation practices at the Himalayan Traditionin India in October.

One thing I regret is that due to the time difference, concentrating on the practice late at night actually affected me quite a bit the next day. The schedule was quite physically demanding for me living in Japan.
