What is the Navratri Upasana Workshop about?
This workshop is a guided spiritual journey focusing on worshipping the nine divine energies of Goddess Durga during Navratri. It includes daily meditations, chanting of mantras, rituals, and interactive sessions to help transform your life through devotion.
What can I expect to learn during the workshop?
You will learn the benefits and methods of Upasana, specific mantras to chant during Navratri, dietary recommendations, and important aspects to remember while performing Upaasana. The workshop will also guide you through rituals and offerings to the Goddess.
Do I need prior experience in meditation or chanting to join?
No prior experience is necessary. The workshop is suitable for all levels, and everything will be guided step-by-step by experienced faculties and Gurus.
What do I need to prepare for the workshop?
You will need a quiet space for daily participation in the online sessions, and possibly simple materials for the rituals. Detailed instructions will be provided once you enroll.
How do I enroll and what is the fee?
You can enroll by clicking enroll for course button. The fee for the workshop is ₹1003. The workshop will be conducted from 22/09/2025 to 01/10/2025 at 08:00 PM IST.
नवरात्रि उपासना कार्यशाला में क्या शामिल होगा?
इस कार्यशाला में माता दुर्गा की उपासना, मंत्र जाप, ध्यान, पूजा विधि, और साधना के विभिन्न पहलुओं को सरल भाषा में समझाया जाएगा।
क्या इसमें शामिल होने के लिए कोई पूर्व अनुभव आवश्यक है?
नहीं, इस कार्यशाला में शामिल होने के लिए किसी पूर्व अनुभव की आवश्यकता नहीं है। सभी सत्र चरणबद्ध तरीके से मार्गदर्शन किए जाएंगे।
कार्यशाला कितने दिन की है और किस समय होगी?
कार्यशाला 22 अक्टूबर 2025 से 1 नवम्बर 2025 तक प्रतिदिन शाम 8:00 बजे IST आयोजित होगी।
क्या मुझे पूजा सामग्री पहले से तैयार करनी होगी?
आपको केवल एक शांत स्थान और कुछ सरल पूजा सामग्री की आवश्यकता होगी। विस्तृत जानकारी आपको नामांकन के बाद दी जाएगी।
